Raw carrot dessert with dried fruits and spices.

Finally our oven is arrived and we are able to cook in our house… so I can make coooookies!;)
We had a lot of carrots in the fridge in the meantime and I prepared those raw desserts adding dried fruits and spices, they are strange but nice! Try them with apple-mousse on one side and you’ll probably want another one!

    • Sorry, I wrote it in dutch indeed, “gember” is ginger and I think you can find in Australia as well!
How interesting is the dessert you linked up, maybe I can adjust my recipe with this one 😉
Thanks for the hint and for the compliment too!

      • Ah, thanks so much for the explanation. Makes sense now (and yes, we can find ginger in Australia!). I’ve eaten the Indian carrot dessert and it’s lovely – I am sure yours must’ve been tasty too, particularly with the apple mousse 🙂

        • indeed it is! Expecially in these hot summer evenings here in Europe (it’s winter in the other emisphere, isn’t it?), but I want to prepare the cooked one as well.
Give it a try and let me know 😉
